You can cancel your booking for free up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for local rides. Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior may incur a small fee to compensate the driver.
For outstation trips, free cancellation is available up to 4 hours before the departure time. Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the advance amount paid.
